This is a sup tulang, one of the easy dishes to make when you have not enough time to cook. What you need to do is boil beef bone (35 minutes). Then, add potatoes & carrot. Tumis slice onion, cili api, garlic, ginger with sup bunjut, black & white paper until fragrant then add in the beef bone stock. Simmer about 5 minutes,then add cauliflower, tomatoes & celery.
